Cape Verde Holiday is an independent travel guide with one aim: helping you plan your holiday in Cape Verde with accurate, practical information.
What we do
We explain the islands and what to do on each, from Sal and Boa Vista to Santo Antão and Fogo, the weather month by month and travel between the islands, and compare tours from the main booking platforms so you can choose the right one for your trip.
We are not a tour operator. Bookings are made directly with the platforms, which handle payments, cancellations and customer service.
How we check our information
Entry rules, inter-island ferries and flights, and prices in Cape Verde change often. We check them against official sources wherever possible (the Cabo Verde government and tourism institute, the EASE platform, the airports, CV Interilhas and operators' own websites), say so when a figure only comes from recent reports, and show the date each practical guide was last reviewed. If you spot something out of date, please tell us on our contact page.
